Fuelephant (“us,” “we,” or “Company”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of visitors at fuelephant.com (“the Site”) and users of Fuelephant's products and features (“Services”). We created this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy. Fuelephant's Services include software that enables its users to track their vehicle expenses, fuel economy and others. The personal information that Fuelephant processes, collects, and stores is for the purpose of enabling your use of the Services.
This Privacy Policy is only applicable to the Site and the Services available thereon, and not applicable to any other websites that you may be able to access from the Site via links, each of which may have data collection, storage, and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Privacy Policy. By using Company's Services you consent to Company's use of the information you provide in connection with creating a free or non-free Fuelephant account, as set forth in this Privacy Policy. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third parties.

In such an event, you may still access the Site; however you will not be able to access and use the Services because, per our Terms of Service, Fuelephant requires accurate Personal Information for the creation of an account which allows the use of our Services.
(d) INFORMATION RETENTION POLICY. Personal Information will only be retained by company for as long as necessary to provide you with Services.

Fuelephant's Services enable you to enter your data to track vehicle's expenses, fuel economy or otherwise displaying your data. Per our Terms of Service, you are solely responsible for respecting your own privacy and confidentiality interests, as well as those interests of any other person or party. It is your responsibility to ensure that any private, sensitive, or confidential information you upload in connection with your use of the Services does not become available or disclosed to unauthorized or unintended viewers. Fuelephant EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR unauthorized or unpermitted SHARING, DISTRIBUTION, PUBLICATION, or display OF any PRIVATE, sensitive or confidential INFORMATION.
Company reserves the right to sell, buy, merge or otherwise reorganize its businesses. Any such reorganization may result in Company sharing and/or disclosing your Personal Information to prospective or actual successors-in-interest and their advisors, or receiving personal data from sellers and their advisors. Buy using this Site and its Services, you acknowledge and agree that such transfers of Personal Information may occur, and that any acquirer of Fuelephant is entitled to use your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
